TIB Bank Honors OConnor
(Key Largo) Brian O'Connor, TIB Banks Facilities Technician joined the Bank in September of 2004. During his tenure, Brian has been instrumental in coordinating and executing the numerous community events that TIB Bank has been involved in. As the Bank and various departments grow and develop, he assists the departments in developing logistical plans to insure smooth transitions. Brian was the recipient of the 4th Quarter 2008 Superstar Award for his outstanding efforts specifically for his part in the organization and execution of the Key Largo Customer Appreciation Day and the Accounting Departments move to a new building. Because of his core values and personal commitment to TIB Bank throughout the years, Brian also received the 2008 Superstar of the Year Award. He was presented a 14 kt. gold diamond lapel pin and a 5 Years of Service plaque for his continuous dedication to quality and his commitment to TIB Bank.
