Scott Celebrates 5-Year Anniversary at TIB Bank
(Marathon) Delores Scott, teller for TIB Bank of the Keys Marathon Old Town Branch, was recently recognized for her 5 years of service. During her tenure with the Bank, Delores received TIB Banks SuperStar of the Quarter Award and most recently Employee of the Month in 2008. During her 32 years in the banking industry, she has completed numerous course work programs from Savings and Loan and Commercial Banking to Principals of Banking and has held a number of positions from Customer Service Representative to AVP in Business Management. An avid community volunteer, Delores has been involved with the Manatee County Chamber Meals on Wheels, United Way of Manatee County, Salvation Army Bell Ringers, Marathon Seafood Festival, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Earth Day for Women of the Moose and Habitat Spelling Bee, a fund raiser for Grace Jones Day Care Domestic Abuse program. She received a 14 kt. gold diamond pendant, a special TIB T-shirt and a 5 Years of Service plaque for her continuous dedication to quality and commitment to TIB Bank of the Keys and the customers that she serves.
