TIB ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS
(Islamorada) Mimi Young has been promoted to vice president. She currently serves as the branch manager at the TIB Bank Islamorada Branch.

Mimi joined TIB Bank in June of 1995 as a teller. During her tenure, Mimi was promoted to branch manager at the Banks Bayside location in January of 2003. A year later, she was later transferred as the new branch manager for TIB Banks Islamorada Branch. Ms. Young has completed a number of educational courses through the American Bankers Association and well as the Mortgage Bankers Association to further her career in the banking industry.

A 32-year resident of the Florida Keys, Mimi has been involved with the Upper Keys Habitat for Humanity, currently serving as their secretary. She sits on the Affordable/Workforce Housing committee for the Village of Islamorada, is a mentor for Take Stock in Children and the Moose of Islamorada, as well as fulfilling the role as an Ambassador for the Islamorada Chamber of Commerce.

(Key Largo) Laura Brown has been promoted to vice president and is the branch manager for TIB Banks Key Largo location.

Laura joined TIB Bank in 1990 as a teller. During her nineteen years with the bank she has held many senior positions from teller supervisor, customer service representative, to branch manager. During her tenure with the Bank, she has successfully completed a number of educational courses and received her AIB General Banking diploma through the American Bankers Association.

A native of Miami, Laura moved to the Florida Keys 29 years ago and is the Center for Independent Living board of directors Vice President, as well as a board member on the FKEC Charitable Trust.
