Morelli Celebrates 15-Year Anniversary at TIB Bank
(LOWER KEYS) Debbie Morelli, VP and Branch Manager at Marathon Shores TIB Bank Branch, was recently recognized for her 15 years of service. Debbie joined TIB Bank in March 1994 as a Customer Service Representative. During her tenure, she has held many key positions from Personal Banker to VP/Market Manager, a title she received in January 2003. Debbie was also awarded the Top Performer Win-Win Incentive for the Middle Keys in 1997, the 2002 Peoples Choice Award for Community Service, numerous Zonta service hours and perfect attendance awards, the 2003 Women of the Moose International Co-Worker of the Year Award, as well as the TB Bank Superstar award. A Keys resident for 16 years, Debbie is active with the Marathon Moose Lodge, Marathon Elks, Club Board Member of Grace Jones Community Center, the Chamber of Commerce and International Coastal Cleanup. She also volunteers her time for the Annual Marathon Seafood Festival, 7-mile bridge race, Relay for Life, beach clean-up at Bahia Honda, Shop with a Moose and other community and fundraising events associated with TIB Bank, Grace Jones and the Moose. Debbie Morelli received a 14 kt. gold diamond pendant and a 15 Years of Service plaque for her continuous dedication to quality and commitment during her tenure with TIB Bank of the Keys.
