How do I view the interest paid/earned in 2009?
Using our TIBLink Internet Banking system, you can view the interest you paid on
your loan or the interest you earned from your Certificate of Deposit, checking or
savings account in 2009. On the main Account Listing page, click on “Transactions”
in the “Select Activity” drop down window. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
and click on “More Details.” The interest will be shown at the bottom of the page.

How do I change the default account on Bill Pay?
You can change the default account from the Options tab. Choose Accounts and go to
the bottom of that screen and click on the account you want to be listed first. When
it is highlighted, just click the arrow to bring that account to the top of the list.

How do I change my TIBLink Login ID?
After you log in to TIBLink, click on the Options tab. The default screen shows your
current Login (Personal) ID and allows you to enter a new one. Remember to start your
new ID with a letter (alpha) character.

How can I update my email or physical address?
To change your email address, click on ‘Options’, then on ‘Personal’ on the main Internet
Banking page. You can change it online and press ‘Submit’. To change your physical address,
click on ‘Contact TIB’ and send your new physical address information via our secure email system.

How can I rename and rearrange my account listings?
To rename your accounts, click on ‘Options’ and then on ‘Account’ on the main Internet Banking
page. You will see the current default Account Pseudo Names listed. Simply type in your new
personalized account name for each account you want to change and click on ‘Submit.’
To rearrange your account listings, click on ‘Options’ and then on ‘Account’ on the main
Internet Banking page. You will see the order that your accounts are currently displayed in
the ‘Account Display Order’ section. Simply highlight the account you wish to change and click
on the up or down arrows. This will change the order your accounts are displayed when logging
on to the Internet Banking system.

Can I send domestic wires via TIB’s Internet Banking system?
Yes. Once you complete the wire application and have that feature enabled, you can send domestic
wires, FREE of charge, via TIBLink PLUS by clicking on the ‘Wires’ tab. You will be able to enter
information for a new wire and store that information as a ‘repetitive wire’ for future use if you
wish; view the Wire List showing all wires that are waiting to be transmitted to the bank; and
transmit the wire.

How do I properly logout of TIBLINK?
You can avoid unwanted lock outs by properly exiting the TIBLINK system. Click on the 'Log Out' button which is located in the upper right corner of the page.

How can I create Event Alerts?
Did you know that you can be alerted when you have any Wire, ACH, NSF, Transfer, Bill Payment activities and more? We can alert you via email or when you Login into TIBLINK. Click on the Options tab and then on Alerts. These alerts can be found in the Current Event Alerts section, just click on the Add Event Alerts or Edit Event Alerts (if you already have one setup).

How can I send and receive secure emails?
Did you know that you can send and receive secure emails to us by clicking on the Secure Message Center link (formerly called Contact Us)? The Secure Message Center link is located at the upper right hand corner of any TIBLINK page.

How can I be alerted if I have a problem with one of my Bill Pay items?
Did you know that you can be alerted when you have any problem with your Bill Payment items? We can alert you via email and/or when you Login into TIBLINK. Click on the Options tab and then on Alerts. These alerts can be found in the Current Event Alerts section. Just click on the Add Event Alerts or Edit Event Alerts (if you already have one setup). To help you manage your accounts better, we recommend you turn on the following Bill Payment alerts; Bill Pay Failed, Bill Pay Rejected, Bill Pay Changed to Electronic, Bill Pay Changed to Check.
