TIB Bank’s Corporate Services Department offers individuals, businesses and associations the opportunity to invest large dollar amounts (over $100,000) in FDIC-insured certificates of deposit through the Certificate of Deposit Registry Service or ‘CDARS’ Program.
EZ Escrow is designed for title companies and attorneys or anyone who needs to hold funds in escrow. Eliminates need for multiple accounts and signature cards.
The Bank will establish and electronically track your clients’ escrow accounts as sub-accounts within the EZ Escrow Account.
Separate accounting records will be maintained for each sub-account.
Comprehensive monthly statements will summarize the activity in the EZ Escrow Account and will detail the activity for each sub-account.
Immediate access to these funds will be easily available by contacting your Bank Representative or Corporate Services.
The Bank will prepare 1099 Forms and mail them directly to all sub-account holders.
Each sub-account will be FDIC insured separately. Check with your nearest TIB Bank location for the must current FDIC limit.

You will be able to download a monthly output file of all cleared items. This output file can be imported into an Accounting software package for reconciliation purposes.
